The Crescent area is where it all began. In 1991, New Albany hosted the builder association’s annual Parade of Homes. Several streets in the Crescent were featured. Response was tremendous and the rest is history. This area now includes 150 homes in the neighborhoods known as The Crescent, Wiveliscombe, and Upper Clivdon. North Of Woods

Hampsted Communities #2
The Hampsted Communities are comprised of 3 distinct neighborhoods, all connected by walking paths. Hampsted is considered by many to be the most conveniently located of all the New Albany neighborhoods. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the central school campus, the community aquatic center and park, as well as local shopping and restaurants. Showcase Homes developed all 3 communities within Hampsted.
