1st Quarter 2011 New Albany Plain Local School District Real Estate Recap

Though the numbers appear small, the percentages are impressive and a good sign for 2011 Real Estate in New Albany and Central Ohio.  Even though we are up against the Home Buyer Tax Credit/Incentive for last year, unit sales in New Albany are ahead of last year by 27%.  There are buyers out there…unfortunately, the pace may not continue if available inventory of homes to sell doesn’t increase pretty quickly.   The inventory is down over 35% from where it was at this time last year.

We are heading into the time of the year that traditionally represents the busiest time of the year with the lowest inventory of homes for sale in New Albany in 10+ years.  If you’ve been on the fence about selling, now’s the time to jump off!  Call or email Kate & Tony today to discuss your home and how it fits into today’s market.
