Super Natural

Superfood is a term used to describe food that is thought to be especially good for you because of their nutrients and long-term health benefits.  I was excited to read this particular list because I really enjoy every single food on the list.   These foods have lots of antioxidants, vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, unsaturated fat or fiber.   Like most of you, Tony and I are trying to get the year off on the right foot and are trying to add these foods to our menus:

Avocados

Beans

Berries

Broccoli

Dark Chocolate (this was easy to fit in)

Eggs

Salmon

Tea (green or black)

Tomatoes
