2010 Is Going To Be A Great Year!

Can it be a new year and a new decade already?  It hardly seems possible that 10 years have gone by so quickly – Y2K doesn’t seem that long ago; does it to you?  When I look back over the past 12 months, I realize that I have a lot to be grateful for.   You all know that the housing market was challenging at best last year; however, thanks to many of you, Tony and I had a good year.  We are very grateful for your continued support of our real estate business.

The new year always brings a spirit of optimism.  This year, my main New Year’s resolution will focus on “attitude”.  I tend to be a “glass half empty” type of person and this year I want to become a “glass half full” person!  So, if you ask me, “how are you”, I will respond “GREAT”.  By saying it, it will more likely be so.  I have many blessings in my life and so instead of dwelling on the negative, I will focus on the positive.  That’s what I think a “glass half full” person would do.  I found this quote by Dennis Waitley that pretty much sums it up:  “First we make our attitudes.  Then our attitudes make us.”

So I’m looking forward – and as I’m counting my blessings, you will be in that number!  Here’s to a great 2010!  Live it well!

Kate & Tony

P.S. As always, we do count on you and your referrals to keep the housing market moving and our real estate business going!  We look forward to assisting you and anyone you know when it comes to buying or selling a home!  Stay in touch and we’ll do the same.  Best, Kate
