She hustles like no one else, and she truly, truly CARES. I’ll echo what everyone else has said - her professionalism, speedy response time, and attention to detail are some of the (many) qualities that make her stand out. One thing that everyone who knows Kandis might *not* know though, is that if you need her advice on a home maintenance issue at 12AM, she will answer her phone like it’s the most normal thing in the world. We have been looking for a property with some land (5+ acres) for several years. Our previous realtor was not familiar with our specific needs and had not found anything that met our criteria. Through the referral of a friend, we contacted Rob Riddle, and were introduced to Kandis Hall. Rob felt she had the unique experience to take on our challenge, and he was right! We made some minor adjustments and they accepted our offer, to our delight. Then the real work began, we had to list our house and get it sold! Again, Kandis worked with us tirelessly providing suggestions for staging and helping us to find cleaners and others to assist in the preparation! Within a week, we had an offer and were able to close on both homes! Kandis was a true trooper with all of this. She was very professional, and she a go getter with a lot energy and need to say very smart, detail oriented.. Kandis was quick to communicate in response to our questions about buying and selling!!
