2007 Year to Date Update - 12/31/07

A year end review shows that while our market slowed down over 2006, the real estate market is not the doom and gloom picture painted by the media. In fact, Forbes magazine recently ranked Columbus as the 3rd most stable housing market of the 40 largest American cities. Unit sales in New Albany were off by about 10% over 2006 while the average sales price fell about 6%. As you will see below, the results vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.
